Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

We do not. Insurance companies place several limitations upon how often you can be seen as our client. They also place specific restrictions on treatment type, dosing, frequency, and route, among other things. We want to be able to offer our clients personalized care that is appropriate to an individual’s needs and not dictated by insurance parameters.

Can I use my FSA/HSA account for payment?

Yes, please use that account for something! We’d love to have you use it with us.

Do I need a membership to use our services?

No, this is not required. However, purchasing our package options do provide you with the greatest value.

Are prescription medications included in our hormone or weight

loss memberships?

Yes, our bio-identical hormone replacement therapy plans and medical weight loss plans have medications included. We work with specialized compounding pharmacies. Any additional supplementation or medication called into an outside pharmacy will not be included.

How often should I be getting IV infusions?

These can be done ideally twice monthly, while some additional infusions can be appropriate during illness, migraine headache flares, or exposures to illness in the home or workplace.

How long can the benefits of the IV infusion last?

This varies on each individual and their metabolism, but up to 2 weeks.

How long does an IV infusion take?

This varies per protocol of each individual formulation. For most of them, 30 minutes to an hour. For an NAD+ infusion, this must be done over 2-4 hours.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Please be a part of our epic family as long as you like. However, if it comes time to part ways, we ask for a 30-day cancellation notice to our hormone and weight loss programs.

How often am I seen in the office?

We expect to see most of our clients on a monthly basis. However, there are exceptions to this and some variation for our clients not utilizing bio-identical hormones or medical weight loss. IV infusions can be done multiple times per month.

If there are injections to administer, do I do them myself?

Our nurse practitioners will provide the injection during your office appointment and then will take time to teach you how to administer them at home. You are also welcome to bring in a partner or friend to learn as well. If our clients would prefer injections be administered by our nurse practitioners only, we can accommodate that with weekly appointments..
